• Orders will be charged at list price plus postage, packing and postal insurance which will be quoted on receipt of order. Proof of postage will be obtained. At the customer's request and risk, we shall send orders uninsured.

    • Where there are multiple items on the same order, the items will be packed to minimise postal costs but not to the detriment of avoiding damage of the items.

    • Items will be dispatched as soon as possible after receiving payment (allow 5 days for cheques).

    • For security reasons we do not forward credit card receipts with orders, please check your statement. All credit card details are destroyed after each transaction is completed and no card details are kept on file. We do not sell or supply our customer details to third parties under any circumstances.

    • If there are any items that we can not supply as part of the order we will contact the customer for further advice, we will not automatically put them on back order.

    • If for any reason the goods arrive damaged or faulty, at our discretion, a repair, replacement or refund can be arranged. If a replacement is to be sent the original faulty item has to be returned at the buyers cost. Please contact us either by telephone or email for further directions.
