The Westville is a replica of a home sold by mail order catalogue at the turn of the century; this one was spotted in the little hamlet of Westville, New York. Designed in the style of "Carpenter Gothic", the house features long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies, and roof. There are four large rooms and a spacious attic, as well as two bay windows and two balconies. It includes shingles and clapboard siding to fully capture the look of that "little house by the side of the road "for your trip down memory lane.
